Schenker Deutschland AG uses a geothermal field for its transfer terminal in Langenhagen, which is to be monitored regarding to the groundwater temperature, fully automatically and continuously. That sounds quite like a task for enOware!
A GEOsniff AUTO BYPASS was installed as a temperature measuring point in cooperation with the planning office for supply engineering as well as GMP - Geotechnik GmbH & Co. KG and a BACnet gateway was connected to the building control technology. The fully self-sufficient operation sends daily depth-resolved measurement data to the building control system and meets the requirements of an underground temperature monitoring.
"Thanks to the comprehensive know-how and advanced sensor technology of enOware, we are able to achieve reliable, accurate measurement results of the entire ground temperature of up to 70 m in our building management system - with minimal installation effort," says M.
